We're looking for a driven Service Manager to lead our service
department and keep operations running smoothly. This role oversees
scheduling, technicians, customer communication, and overall service
performance to ensure a top-tier experience for our customers.
Responsibilities
- Manage daily service operations, workflow, and staff
- Communicate with customers on service needs, timelines, and estimates
- Ensure quality, efficiency, and timely completion of all work
- Oversee warranty claims and maintain manufacturer relationships
Qualifications
- Service management experience (marine or powersports preferred)
- Strong leadership and communication skills
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, seasonal environment

We're looking for a friendly and organized Seasonal Service Writer
to support our service department during the busy boating season.
This role is the key connection between our customers and service
team, ensuring a smooth and efficient experience.
Responsibilities
- Greet customers and write up service tickets
- Communicate service needs, timelines, and updates
- Coordinate with technicians and service staff
- Assist with scheduling and customer follow-up
Qualifications
- Strong customer service and communication skills
- Organized, detail-oriented, and able to multitask
- Basic knowledge of boats or willingness to learn

Join our team this summer and be part of the action at our events!
This role helps with setup and teardown of displays (boats, tents,
flags, and signage) and works event days creating a fun, welcoming
experience for customers.
Responsibilities
- Assist with event setup and breakdown
- Interact with customers and answer basic questions
- Represent the Bob Feil brand in a positive, energetic way
Requirements
- Available Thursday–Tuesday, including weekends
- Age 16+ with a valid driver's license
- Outgoing, reliable, and comfortable talking with people
