Cory Feil has been connected to Bob Feil Boats & Motors his entire life, growing up just across the street from the store. After helping out during summers while in school and college, he joined the business full time in 2006 and brings decades of familiarity with the dealership and its history. Today Cory manages much of the accounting and bookkeeping while also helping wherever needed around the store. He especially enjoys being part of dealership events and working with the family’s restored vintage race boats. Outside of work, Cory enjoys gardening with his wife, fishing in Alaska with his dad and brother, collecting sports cards, attending concerts, and cheering on the Seattle Mariners. He also enjoys driving and working on his restored 1966 Ford Mustang GT Fastback.

Christine has been with Bob Feil Boats & Motors for four years and is committed to continuous growth within the marine industry. She has completed Yes Outboard Training, F&I Compliance Certification, Vantage Installation Training, and multiple MRAA courses, strengthening her ability to support customers and deliver a smooth, knowledgeable experience throughout the buying process. Christine loves that no two days are the same and enjoys helping customers find the boat of their dreams while continuing to learn and grow in the industry. In her free time, she enjoys spending time with her pup, visiting family and grandbabies in Canada, and exploring the beautiful Pacific Northwest, with hopes of traveling more across the U.S. in the years ahead.

Maui has been part of the Bob Feil Boats & Motors service team for two years and brings over 10 years of hands-on mechanical experience to the shop. He enjoys working alongside his teammates and values the strong sense of family and the long history behind the dealership. Maui takes pride in continuing to learn new skills while helping keep customers’ boats running smoothly. Outside of work, Maui loves spending time with his wife and four kids, especially fishing, camping, hunting, and off-roading in the hills. For Maui, family time and the outdoors are what it’s all about.

Team member since 2025 David brings decades of mechanical experience along with a strong safety-first mindset to Bob Feil Boats & Motors. With over 25 years of automotive repair experience and 21 years as a professional metal fabricator, he has a deep understanding of diagnosing problems, reading schematics, and working with complex systems. David is known for his reliability, positive attitude, and eagerness to keep learning. Outside of work, David enjoys fly fishing, golfing, welding and fabrication projects, restoring vintage vehicles, and teaching welding to others.

Marcos has been part of the Bob Feil Boats & Motors team for 15 years, bringing energy, humor, and a passion for helping customers find the perfect boat. Known around the shop as the team’s resident fun-maker, Marcos loves working in marine sales because it allows him to help people choose their next “toy” and take them out on the water for demos—one of the best parts of the job. Outside of work, Marcos enjoys spending time with his wife and two kids, especially hiking, camping, and taking road trips whenever they can. He’s also a huge sports fan, and you’ll often find him cheering on the Mariners, Seahawks, and Sounders whenever he gets the chance.

Penny has been a valued member of the Bob Feil Boats & Motors team for 29 years, with an additional 15 years of customer service experience prior to joining the company. She is passionate about helping people and is known for her strong customer service and communication skills. Penny has completed Warranty Administrator training for Bayliner and Mercury, along with several MRAA courses and Spader training programs, bringing a wealth of knowledge and professionalism to her role. What Penny enjoys most about her work is helping families get out on the water and create lasting memories while enjoying the outdoors. In her free time, she loves taking walks, hiking, being outside, and spending time with the family she adores.

SERVICE ADVISOR / STORAGE ADMINISTRATOR

Jef has been part of the Bob Feil Boats & Motors team for five years and brings strong technical knowledge along with his Centurion and Supreme Service School certification. He’s known for being a great communicator, helping customers understand technical information in a clear and approachable way so they feel confident on and off the water.
Before joining the marine industry, Jef owned a bicycle shop and remains an avid cyclist and bike commuter. In his free time, he enjoys wakeboarding in the summer and snowboarding and skiing during the winter months.

Mark brings 41 years of experience in the boating industry and is MerCruiser Certified, offering a deep knowledge of marine systems and service. He enjoys being part of the family-oriented culture at Bob Feil Boats & Motors and takes pride in helping keep customers on the water. When he’s not at work, Mark and his wife enjoy camping off the grid—just outside of cell service—where they can relax and enjoy the outdoors.

Greg Turner has been part of the Bob Feil Boats & Motors team for eight years, working at the wholesale and retail parts counter. His knowledge of marine parts and dedication to helping customers make him a valued member of the team.
Greg and his wife, Kelli, have raised two daughters and are proud grandparents to five grandchildren. He enjoys spending as much time with his family as possible.
In his free time, Greg enjoys exploring mountain trails with his wife and friends, restoring his 1986 Silverado truck, and attending races around the Pacific Northwest, where he fuels his passion for motorsports.

Scott Feil

Team Member Since 2002 scott@bobfeil.com Scott Feil has been part of the Bob Feil Boats & Motors family since 1991, starting at the shop when he was just 14 years old. He enjoys helping customers troubleshoot issues, find the right parts, and get back on the water quickly while saving time and money. When he’s not at the dealership, Scott is a full-time high school computer science teacher. In his spare time, he enjoys designing and 3D printing projects, working on DIY builds, and experimenting in the kitchen with new recipes—often sharing those hobbies with his family.
